An alpine hut at 2,227 meters, beyond cell coverage
Greizer Hütte in the Zillertal Alps has no mobile signal, so its manager wanted paid guest WiFi to give hikers weather checks and a line home without letting heavy users drain the limited bandwidth. Most platforms he evaluated only supported free access. He configured Spotipo's voucher system himself, ran it the entire June to October season without a restart, and pauses the whole setup each winter in a few clicks.

"Setting up was super fast and helpful. Everything worked pretty flawlessly, so we didn't need much help over the summer."

A client visitor network rebuilt after repeat failures
Severnside Security, a Gloucestershire fire and security integrator, took over a client site where the visitor network kept going down. They rebuilt it fresh on a DrayTek router with Spotipo handling the guest portal. In over a year since, the platform has caused no tickets. The single outage traced to a heat-damaged USB drive in a boiler-room install; Spotipo's support helped rule out configuration causes, and the portal came back the moment the failed hardware was pulled, with no site visit.
